  • - flour - 1 glass;
  • - sugar - 1 glass;
  • - potato starch - 1 tablespoon;
  • - eggs - 4 pieces;
  • - bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon;
  • - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon.
  • For a layer:
  • - cream of 30% - 1 glass;
  • - sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • - fresh or tinned pineapple - 1 piece;
  • - gelatin - 8 g;
  • - coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon;
  • - jam - 2 teaspoons.

Instruction

1. Lay out eggs in separate ware and carefully shake up. Then add to them sugar. Properly mix mix then put on a water bath. Heat to temperature of 50 degrees. Let's cool down a little. Its volume after this procedure has to become about 2-3 times more. Further attach starch and flour to it. Stir the received weight until it doesn't turn into homogeneous. Egg sponge for future cake is ready.

2. Oil a baking dish and strew with bread crumbs. Warm an oven up to the temperature of 200 degrees. Shift the received dough in the prepared form and send to be baked approximately for 35 minutes. When pastries are ready, give it time to cool down then cut on round pieces which diameter is equal to 5 centimeters, and thickness - 0.8 centimeters.

3. In free ware connect sugar and cream. Carefully shake up this mix. Mix gelatin with warm water and add it to creamy and sugar weight. Properly mix everything. The layer for cake is ready.

4. On the prepared piece of a biscuit lay out the received layer. On it place the cut segments of pineapple and cover with the 2nd circle. In the same way make also other cakes.
