Small baskets – very tasty cake which taste is familiar to everyone since childhood. Small baskets very easily are cooked therefore any hostess will be able to please the family.
It is required to you
- For the test:
- - 300 g of flour;
- - 3 yolks;
- - 200 g of margarine;
- - 100 g of granulated sugar;
- - The 3rd table of a spoon of sour cream;
- For cream:
- - 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
- - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 100 g of a desi;
- - 100 ml of cream from a barrel;
- - berries of red currant;
- - fresh fruit or berries.
Instruction
1. From margarine or butter, wheat flour, three yolks, granulated sugar and sour cream knead stiffdough, cover it with a towel or a napkin and put approximately for 20 minutes in the fridge.
2. Then get dough and accurately roll on the table which is previously sprinkled with flour in layer 0.5 cm thick.
3. For cream mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, put on fire and you cook until thick, constantly stir slowly. Then cool cream and pound to homogeneous mass from 100 g of a desi.
4. Lay out ready cream in baskets. Put from above pieces of fruit or fresh berries. Decorate top of baskets with cream from a barrel.
