  • On 12 pieces:

  • - 260 g of flour;
  • - 140 g of milk;
  • - 2 tsps of baking powder;
  • - 2 tablespoons of dry flowers of a lavender;
  • - almond petals for ornament.

Instruction

1. Get oil from the fridge in advance, for doughing it has to be room temperature. For now wash apricots, cut them in half, take out from a core of a stone and chop small cubes.

2. In a stewpan mix the cut apricots with olive oil and honey. Put on average fire and you warm up-cook until until apricots become softer, but at the same time will keep texture.
