It is required to you

  • - small apples - 5-6 pieces;
  • - sugar - 200 g;
  • - syrup maple or corn - 130 g;
  • - water - 80 ml;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - red food color - 2 drops.

Instruction

1. At carefully washed out apples cut out a fruit stem then rub off them a paper towel. Insert a wooden skewer into the made opening so that apple on it kept pretty strongly.

2. Having taken a stewpan, small by the size, mix in it granulated sugar together with water and corn or maple syrup. Having brought the received mix to the boil, prepare it on quite small fire throughout one quarter of hour, that is 15 minutes. When time expires, enter there at will dye. It is very easy to check readiness of caramel: it has to harden and crystallize if to drip it in the ware filled with cold water.

3. Having removed the received caramel from a plate, dip into it the apples got on skewers. You hold fruit over this weight until excess caramel doesn't flow down.

4. Having taken a flat cup, lay it the special baking paper greased with a small amount of sunflower oil. On this prepared surface spread caramel apples.

5. When caramel on fruit completely stiffens, you can safely give this dessert to a table. Caramel apples are ready! At will you can roll in them, for example, in the crushed nutlets. Only it is necessary to do this procedure so far caramel didn't stiffen.
