It is required to you

  • Sugar
    • Water
    • Pan
    • Molds
    • Sticks
    • "the cockerel on a stick" requires a little cognac and vanilla sugar
    • lemon juice and mint oil.

Instruction

1. Measure sugar and water at the rate of 3 parts of sugar on 1 part of water. Pour water in a pan and fill sugar there. Heat mix on weak fire until sugar all is dissolved.

2. Add several drops of cognac and slightly vanilla sugar. Take mix on fire 1 minute. It is possible to add food colors. Continuously mix mix and you watch that sugar didn't light up.

3. Remove a pan from fire. Add to mix slightly some lemon juice and a drop of mint oil. Instead of lemon juice it is possible to take any other citrus juice. Caramel without citrus turns out too luscious.
