  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Milk – 150 ml;
  • Grated cheese – 100 g.


1. Spaghetti needs to be boiled in the added some salt water then to allow noodles to cool down. Mincemeat or a chopped meat need to be fried in a frying pan with the crushed garlic.

2. A paprika and tomatoes it is necessary to wash, exempt from a thin skin. It is simpler to make it, having drenched them with boiled water. Then vegetables need to be cut small, green onions and parsley are crushed too.

3. Further it is necessary to make sauce for casserole. For this egg are shaken up. Cheese needs to be grated. After that in eggs it is necessary to pour in milk and again to shake up everything. Then the grated cheese and the crushed parsley (about two tablespoons) should be added to sauce, and carefully to mix everything.
