It is required to you

  • 10 l of the berries (grape residue) which remained after production of wine,
    • 30 liters of water,
    • 100 гр yeast,
    • 5 kg of sugar.

Instruction

1. It is the best of all to cook chacha from berries, to be exact, of cake of grapes which remained after preparation of wine in house conditions. For this purpose 10 liters of the remained grape residue it is necessary to lay out in a barrel or a big glass large bottle.

2. Further it is necessary to add 5 kilograms of granulated sugar, 100 гр yeast there and to fill in all with in advance boiled and cooled down water – 30 liters. Then - to close a cover and to put to the dark place for 1-2 weeks, periodically stirring slowly, approximately every two days.
