Cheese and tomatoes sandwiches perfectly are suitable for a light breakfast and an afternoon snack. And if you give them to a holiday table, be sure - this tasty snack won't remain unaddressed.

- - olive oil;
- - basil or parsley;
- - onions,
- - several branches of fennel or parsley.
Instruction
1. So, that prepare sandwiches with cheese and tomatoes, begin with the following. Take a bunch of a fresh basil, wash a baking plate with cold water and shift in a colander for 10 minutes or dry a paper towel. Crush it by means of a knife or the blender. Shift a basil in a cup and add some cheese (200 grams), salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix everything in homogeneous mass. The basil can be replaced with a parsley bunch.
2. Wash up one bulb, clean, cut half rings (try to cut as it is possible more thinly). That onions lost a strong taste, fill in it with cold boiled water and let's stand 10 minutes. Then drain water.
3. Shift onions in a deep dish, add 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt a little and pepper. If desired add a little vinegar. Small cut 3 pomidorina and mix with onions. Let's stand 5-10 minutes.
4. Cut bread on 12 slices. Place them for 10 minutes in the warmed oven or slightly roast in the toaster. On each slice of bread smear with a thin layer a cheese curd with a basil, from above put the cut tomatoes mixed with onions. It is possible to make on the contrary: at first smear on bread tomatoes with onions, then – cheese with a basil. Before giving on a table decorate sandwiches with onions rings, leaves of parsley or any other greens on your taste.
