Unusual chick-pea salad turns out simple and refreshing, I observe aroma mint gives, and useful properties are caused by traditional Mediterranean seasonings – onions, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.

- Ingredients for 4 portions:
- - mutton peas (chick-pea) – 200 g;
- - fresh mint – a bunch;
- - 2 lemons;
- - 2 bulbs;
- - pepper and salt to taste;
- - 4 spoons of olive oil;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 7 garlic gloves (or to taste).
Instruction
1. Dried chick-pea is filled in with a large amount of water and we leave for the night, next day well we wash with flowing water. It is possible to use already ready chick-pea, as a rule, it is on sale in large supermarkets, but more tasty and useful the dish will turn out only when using dried mutton peas.
2. In a big pan we pour water, we shift in it chick-pea, we add a salt teaspoon. We clean 2 bulbs, we cut everyone on 4 parts, we add to chick-pea. We bring water in a pan to the boil and we cook chick-pea until ready on average fire (on it from 1 to 3 hours depending on the brand of chick-pea can leave).
3. We filter ready chick-pea, having left a little water in which it cooked. We wash chick-pea with cold water. We squeeze out juice of two lemons, we water with it chick-pea, we salt and we pepper to taste, we water with olive oil and we remove aside.
4. We boil hard boiled eggs, at this time we wash mint, we dry a napkin and it is very small cut. We clean garlic and too we cut most small.
5. We add garlic and mint to a bowl to chick-pea, accurately we mix all ingredients. We water with a small amount of broth which remained after cooking of chick-pea. We clean boiled eggs, we cut everyone in half and we spread over salad. The traditional Mediterranean dish is ready!
