  • - 4-6 chicken legs
  • - half of a glass of white dry wine
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 3-4 garlic gloves
  • - chicken broth or water
  • - salt


1. Fry garlic till golden color in the deep pan warmed with oil.

2. Wash out chicken, dry and fry in a pan with garlic on 3-4 minutes from each party. Salt and mix.

3. Pour in wine, lower fire and you stew chicken within 15-20 minutes, as required in the small portions adding hot water or broth. Liquid shouldn't be evaporated completely.
