- Chicken fillet - 1 kg;
- Cheese of firm grades - 150 grams;
- Averages by the size tomatoes - 4 pieces;
- Onions - 2 pieces (if desired it is possible to take more);
- Spices for improvement of taste (""Maggi"", ""Provence herbs""...);
- Salt and pepper - to taste.
Instruction
1. It is necessary to wash well chicken fillet a baking plate with flowing water. To carefully dry it a paper towel or napkins, to beat off a little bit. Put in a dry form for roasting, strew with pepper, salt and spices. Or, if desired, properly to mix contents of a form and to allow to stand 10 minutes - for improvement of taste.
2. Clean onions from a peel, wash a baking plate with flowing water, cut on half rings. Put in a form over meat.
3. Cut ripe tomatoes thin circles. Put them over onions.
4. Put a form with chicken fillet in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees. Bake about 30-35 minutes. Take out as soon as meat is ready.
5. Grate cheese (small or large - as it is pleasant to you more). Strew with it chicken. Again to send meat to an oven. Bake 5 minutes.
