  • vegetable oil;
  • beef sirloin – 1 kg;

Instruction

1. Cut beef across fibers, as for cutlets. Beat off meat from each party, using a hammer, pepper and salt.

2. Warm oil in a frying pan. Lay out chops from beef and fry on both sides to a zazharisty crust. Fire on a plate make strong.

3. Fill in meat with wine and you extinguish until it completely doesn't boil away. Peel bulbs and cut on rings. Spread out these rings together with meat and fry until ready.

4. It is possible to give chops garnished of boiled rice, a goroshnitsa or mashed potatoes. You can separately serve ketchup, tartare sauce, песто.
