How to make classical cutlets

Cutlets are one of the most popular dishes in Russia and not only. They can be a part of the daily menu or appear on a festive feast. At observance of certain rules of preparation, cutlets will add an invalid cookery, and in combination with various garnishes - buckwheat, rice, potatoes - will be a great lunch or a dinner for all family.

It is required to you

  • - 700-800 гр forcemeat (it is possible to use any, depending on flavoring preferences)
  • - 2 small potatoes
  • - 1 bulb
  • - 1 egg
  • - salt
  • - it is a little water or milk
  • - vegetable oil for frying

Instruction

1. Onions small to cut and put in a bowl with forcemeat. Add there egg and salt.

2. Clean and grate potatoes and to a small grater, at once to put in forcemeat and to mix carefully. If forcemeat difficult mixes up, it is possible to add a little water or milk.

3. Create cutlets and fry them in the frying pan oiled vegetable on both sides.
