The world famous American company carefully hides not one decade a recipe for Coca, but fans of drink don't stop trying to open a secret and to prove the genius, having presented to general public an easy way of production of Coca in house conditions by means of make-shifts.

It is required to you

  • For fragrance:
  • - 3.50 ml of orange oil;
  • - 1.00 ml of lemon oil;
  • - 1.00 ml of muscat oil;
  • - 1.25 ml of cinnamon oil;
  • - 0.25 ml of coriander oil;
  • - 0.25 ml of oil of not role or bergamot oil;
  • - 2.75 lime oil ml;
  • - 0.25 ml of lavender oil;
  • - 10.0 of food arabic gum;
  • - 3.00 water ml
  • For a concentrate:
  • - 17.5 ml of 75 percent citric acid or phosphoric acid;
  • - 2.00 water l;
  • - 2.00 kg of white granulated sugar;
  • - 2.5 caffeine ml
  • - 30.0 E-150 food color

Instruction

1. Mix essential oils, add arabic gum and it is good to mix, then add water and mix, it is better by means of the mixer or the blender. The fragrance received thus can be prepared in advance and be stored before use: place mix in densely closed glasswares and put in the fridge or you store at the room temperature. At storage, oil separates from water, it is natural process. Before use just once again mix the stratified mix. In further process of preparation arabic gum will well fasten ingredients.

2. Mix the turned-out fragrance with phosphoric or citric acid. Mix water and sugar. It is possible to add caffeine, but if you don't want do drink with caffeine, then the lack of caffeine won't affect gustatory qualities of Coca in any way. If you added caffeine, stir it with water and sugar before full dissolution before passing to the following operation. Slowly pour in fragrance mix with acid in water mix with sugar. Add E 150 food color giving to drink color of caramel and properly mix.

3. The received concentrate, or any its part, mix with water in a proportion 1: 2.5. At this stage it is necessary to aerate drink. It can be done or by means of make-shifts, or using automatic machines for gassing of drinks which will mix a concentrate with sparkling water. There is one more way, the simplest – mix ready sparkling water with a concentrate. For those who don't look for light ways, - sparkling water with the help the helper of means, or a dry ice. Place drink in rather big ware with a dense cover. Add a dry ice to a container, at the rate of 100 - 250 a dry ice on each liter of liquid. Wait for dissolution of a dry ice, 15 min. on each liter of liquid for this purpose are required. Being dissolved, solid carbonic acid gets into liquid, forming bubbles, evaporates a dense white smoke, a part settles it on a ware bottom firm white flakes. Merge drink in other ware and densely close a cover.
