Knows the whole world about legendary drink. Any holiday doesn't do without sparkling sweet, but, according to doctors – Coca-Cola is very harmful to an organism. Whether it is possible to make favourite pop of the house from ingredients, natural, safe for health?

Initially, Coca-Cola had to become medical drink (something like mixture). Leaves the cooks possessing narcotic action, caffeine, vanillin, nutmeg, Coca nut, oil of a lime, lemon, not role were a part. Some sources claim that saturated brown color was created thanks to processing of cochineal hearts (the natural color was so created).

Sparkling water had an unpleasant taste, without sweet, not inducing to drink the refreshing water glasses at all. Now drink doesn't contain the forbidden leaves cooks – easy to learn structure, having read the label on a bottle – a big share of carbon dioxide, orthophosphoric acids, sugar, caffeine. Even without disclosure of "secret" ingredients, sparkling water does harm to health: orthophosphoric acid spoils tooth enamel, carbon dioxide breaks intestinal microflora, a large number of sugar causes a bigger feeling of thirst and appetite that affects a figure and a condition of skin. If to drink too much sparkling water, instead of inflow of energy of people feels irritation, overexcitement (caffeine surplus).

Of course, the taste will differ a little from the original, but you will be sure of naturalness by all favourite drink.

Fill up 3 tablespoons of chicory (replaces coffee) in a saucepan, mix it from 4 tablespoons of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of syrup of a dogrose. In mix in parts pour in mineral sparkling water (250 ml), continuously stirring slowly with a wooden scapula. Liquid needs to be filtered through gauze fabric, to remove a deposit, and then to merge in a plastic bottle. The bottle needs to be closed at once a cover not to produce all gases. The dogrose can be replaced with bilberry syrup, for taste to add juice of orange, a lemon, щепоть vanillin or cinnamon.

Pour hot water (250 ml) in a glass, remove aside, it still is useful. Fill up 5 tablespoons of sugar in a pan, dilute with a tablespoon of water and begin to cook on slow fire, stirring slowly with future caramel with a scapula that didn't burn to a bottom. As soon as sugar melts (at first it can turn into porridge, but then will darken to a light brown shade) and there will be bubbles, add a glass of water which you removed aside to mix. It is very important not to overdo caramel – if it burns, sparkling water will turn out tasteless. Boil syrup several minutes, switch off fire. Dye is ready. We start the next stage.

Large orange (1-2 pieces), lemon (1 piece) – properly wash out, rind, grate. Miss fruit via the juice extractor.

Sugar sand (250 g), coriander grains (1 tsp), three sticks of cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and a dried peel of orange and a lemon fill in with the boiling water (1 l), boil 3-4 minutes on average fire. If desired, it is possible to reduce or increase amount of granulated sugar. Next stage: add to solution liquid caramel, a little vanilla essence. Crush two tablespoons of coffee beans in the coffee grinder (if you prepare for children, it is possible not to add), fill in with a glass of boiled water, leave for 15 minutes. Filter a coffee beverage, pour in drink. Home-made Coca-Cola will be more tasty if to allow it to infuse in the fridge (8-12 hours).

How to give: pour a part of drink in a glass, add to the brim sparkling mineral water, add ice cubes, couple of leaves of a peppermint.
