1. For a start it is necessary to choose the correct coco which will have high gustatory qualities and rather fat pulp. To choose a coco, it is enough to bring a fruit to an ear and to stir up slightly. If the coco is good, you will hear at the same time splash if it doesn't happen, safely put a fruit aside - it doesn't suit us as already I became overripe, so, pulp its dry with smack of soap.
2. Now the coco needs to be cleaned from a firm brown shell. To make it it is easy, with small effort tap on all surface of a fruit the hammer. It is necessary in order that pulp separated easier. Take a needle and puncture one of three eyes of a coco. Two peepholes very firm, and soft third by all means, we find it and we puncture with a needle. Carefully we merge liquid - it can be added to coconut milk. Take a big knife and its back party tap on the equator of a coco across a fruit. Perhaps, this action will be required to repeat 2-3 times, the visible crack won't appear yet. If well taped a fruit at the very beginning of process, then now pulp will easily separate from a shell. Remove a sharp knife or the peeler a brown cover from pulp.
3. Now it is possible to start production of coconut flakes from a fresh coco. Grate pulp or cut thin pieces. Fill in the crushed pulp with cold water, having taken it no more than a halfliter. Now by means of the blender wipe coco pulp. Take a gauze or a sieve and filter weight, having separated coconut milk from damp coconut flakes. Dilute milk with water, having added it in the amount of about 1 liter, add liquid which was merged from a fruit at the beginning of process to milk. It is a by-product of production of coconut flakes, and very tasty and useful.
4. Well wrung out, but still damp coconut flakes can be used already in such look, and it is possible to dry up it for the future, having spread out a layer and to leave to dry up on air or having used a dehydrator (the dryer for vegetables and fruit).
