Coconut liqueur - tasty home-made drink with pronounced taste of a tropical fruit. After preparation of liqueur coconut flakes it is possible to dry up and use it for preparation of sweet dishes.

Preparation of products

For preparation of coconut liqueur it is required to you: 1 whole coco, 400 ml of vodka, 1 bank of a condensed milk. 

Before direct preparation of drink, prepare a coco. For this purpose a stick for sushi pierce 1 of 3 circles, and then pour out coconut water in a glass. Break a fruit by means of the hammer or other heavy subject. The vegetable cutter or a sharp knife cut off a peel from coco pulp so that it all was white.

Preparation

Break the cleaned prepared coco on small parts and place them in a bowl of the blender or food processor. Crush pulp in shaving then shift it in bank and fill in with vodka. Close to bank a cover and leave to infuse drink within 1 week. 

After a week, pour out vodka, infused on a coco, in a pan and warm up on slow fire. Further filter liquid from coconut flakes. In tincture pour out necessary amount of condensed milk. Well mix ingredients and pour the received liqueur in a bottle for storage. 

Coconut liqueur is ready! It is possible not only to serve such alcoholic drink of own preparation for holidays and celebrations, but also to use for preparation of desserts and pastries.
