How to make compote from peaches

Compote with peaches is great drink which can be stored all winter. At the same time you will need a minimum of ingredients, and process of preparation won't take a lot of time.

It is required to you

  • – fresh peaches (2-4 kg);
  • – granulated sugar (600 g);
  • – clear water.

Instruction

1. At first it is necessary to prepare peaches. Fruit have to be without visible damages and dense texture. Surely wash out carefully each peach by means of a brush. If peaches are washed badly up, then banks can blow up and compote will be spoiled.

2. Lay the washed fruit in a big cup. Carefully wash out banks together with covers and put on a table. Put in each can 4-5 peaches depending on the size.

3. Boil water in a teapot or in a pan, and then fill in banks with abrupt boiled water to a neck. Let's water infuse about 50 minutes. During this time water has to cool down. Further drain water in a pan again and boil. Again fill in peaches and leave for an hour. Don't forget to cover each can of clean.

4. The third time drain water in a pan and put sugar. On one bank of three liters it is necessary to put not less than 120 g of sugar. Again fill in with syrup each can and densely roll up covers. Put cups in the turned view of a thick blanket and wrap up. Wait for full cooling. As a result put compote in a cold spot for the winter.

5. Surely check each can. If in the turned look from banks water flows, then it is necessary to change a cover and again to roll up.
