It is required to you

  • - two bananas;
  • - 1/2 glasses of instant oat flakes;
  • - 1/2 glasses of usual oat flakes;
  • - cranberry handful;
  • - handful of light raisin.

Instruction

1. Lay up all necessary ingredients for preparation of cookies. Make sure that bananas ripe and have no darkenings on a peel. Touch oat flakes and remove garbage and low-quality seeds if they are available. Wash out a cranberry, fill in raisin with boiled water, let's stand minutes five-seven then wash out in cold water.

2. Peel bananas, cut on pieces and put in a deep bowl. Take a fork and properly mash bananas to uniform consistence (It should be noted that for the preparation given viands it is necessary to use exclusively ripe sweet bananas).

3. Add oat flakes to bananas and mix (it is desirable to add at first usual flakes, to mix and allow to stand minutes two then to add instant flakes).

4. The basis for cookies is ready, now it is necessary to add additional ingredients, namely raisin and a cranberry to it. Put berries and dried fruits in ""dough"" and accurately mix not to crush a cranberry.

5. Prepare a baking tray, lay it well oiled parchment. Moisten palms in pure warm water, pick up a small piece of the test, roll it in a ball, put on a baking tray and slightly press down a palm.
