  • Ingredients on 20-25 pieces:
  • For cookies:
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
  • - salt on a knife tip;
  • - 200 g of oat flakes;
  • - 50 g of coconut flakes;
  • - 30 g of flour for cakes;
  • - on a teaspoon of baking powder and soda.
  • For a chocolate layer:
  • - 160 g of bitter chocolate;
  • - 150 ml of dense cream.


1. We warm an oven up to 175C. We dim two baking sheets paper for pastries. We kindle a desi and we allow it to cool down within several minutes. In a bowl we shake up eggs with two types of sugar and I will merge. We pour in a desi and we add oat flakes, coconut flakes and the flour sifted with baking powder and soda. We knead uniform dough.

2. By means of two spoons we form balls of the test and we spread them on baking sheets at small distance from each other. We send to an oven for 10-12 minutes.

3. To prepare the most tasty chocolate layer, we bring cream to the boil in a pan or a bucket and we add pieces of bitter chocolate. Carefully we mix cream that chocolate was completely dissolved.

4. When cookies and cream completely cool down, we grease with cream one cookies and we connect it to the second. The tasty and useful dessert is ready!
