The improbable combination of corn flour and sweet sauce on the basis of balsam vinegar won't allow you to stop on one piece of this delicious cake!

It is required to you

  • Dough:
  • - 120 g of corn flour;
  • - 120 g of white flour;
  • - 1 tsps of dried rosemary;
  • - 1 tsps of baking powder;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 300 ml of icing sugar;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - vanillin on a knife tip;
  • - 120 ml of sour cream.
  • Balsam sauce syrup:
  • - 120 ml of sugar;
  • - 120 ml of balsam vinegar;
  • - 120 ml of greens of fresh rosemary.

Instruction

1. A desi, as always at preparation of cakes, we get from the fridge or the freezer in advance that it was softened.

2. We warm an oven up to the temperature of 180 degrees and we prepare a form of 22-24 cm in the diameter, having oiled it slightly (if you bake in a silicone mold, it will be rather simple to sprinkle slightly it water).

3. We sift corn flour with wheat flour and baking powder and we add rosemary greens, a salt pinch. Carefully we mix all dry ingredients.

4. We shake up the softened desi in the processor with a pinch of vanillin or a vanilla extract, and later we add one and a half glasses of icing sugar and we shake up before formation of magnificent creamy weight. Then on one enter eggs, carefully mixing to uniformity after each addition.

8. We cut the cooled pie for the portion and we sauce. Keep in mind that sauce quickly gets denser, but at the same time quickly again becomes liquid when heating.
