Cotton candy – favourite delicacy not only of children, but also adults. Fortunately, it is possible to make it and independently, having pleased itself and the child – having read this article, you will understand that it is very simple to make it.
It is required to you
- - several forks;
- - pan;
- - one and a half glasses of sugar;
- - half-glass of water;
- - food color (if you want your cotton candy to be color).
Instruction
1. First of all, it is necessary to prepare a sugar syrup. For this purpose mix sugar, water and a little food color, having added 2 drops of a diluted acetic acid.
2. Fill in the received mix in a pan then bring it to the boil on slow fire. Don't forget to stir slowly constantly!
3. Remove a pan from fire then wait until syrup a little cools down. Reheat a pan.
4. It is necessary to repeat this procedure 5 times. Your syrup has to gain brown color with a golden shade, to become viscous. You watch that it didn't burn.
5. Dip a fork in hot syrup then move it around holders, reeling up on them before emergence of a layer of cotton candy sugar threads. Condense with a hand a sugar layer if it turned out at you too friable.
