Natural crab meat cutlets differ in a delicate flavor and high nutritiousness. Cook them with addition of vegetables and spicy herbs - so crab cutlets will become even more nourishing. They can be eaten hot and cold, to serve up for lunch, a dinner or a breakfast.

It is required to you

  • Crab meat cutlets:
    • 300 g of crab meat;
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 stalk of a celery;
    • bunch of green onions;
    • 1 lemon;
    • 5 glasses of sour cream;
    • bread crumbs;
    • greens of parsley and bazalik;
    • 25 teaspoons of ground nutmeg;
    • salt;
    • fresh ground black pepper;
    • olive oil for frying.
    • Salmon cutlets
    • crabs and shrimps:
    • 300 g of a salmon;
    • 150 g of crab meat;
    • 150 g of shrimps;
    • 25 glasses of cream;
    • 5 paprikas;
    • fennel greens;
    • salt;
    • fresh ground black pepper;
    • flour or bread crumbs;
    • vegetable oil for frying.

Instruction

1. Cut crab meat. It is the best of all to do it by a sharp heavy knife hatchet. Rub a lemon dried peel, clean a stalk of a celery from films and small chop. Crush hard-boiled egg, feathers of green onions and a fresh basil. Lay out all ingredients in a bowl, add sour cream, fresh lemon juice, ground nutmeg and a tablespoon of bread crumbs. Pepper and salt mix, stir it to total homogeneity.

2. Hands create spheres of the size of orange, slightly flatten them. Roll in cutlets in bread crumbs, put on a flat plate and remove on cold for half an hour. Warm olive oil in a frying pan. Spread cutlets in a frying pan and fry them from two parties before formation of a ruddy crust.

3. Serve crab cutlets hot, having laid them on the dish covered by leaves of a green salad. Decorate with quarters of a lemon or a lime. Cutlets are eaten, watering with lemon juice. They are very tasty also with fresh sour cream and tomatoes and cucumbers salad.

4. Also crab meat, salmon and shrimps cutlets will turn out very tasty. Exempt fillet of a salmon from bones. Shrimps boil and clean. And shrimps chop crab meat, fish into small pieces a hatchet or crush them in the mixer. Small cut fresh fennel and a paprika, lay out them to seafood. Salt mix, add cream and fresh ground black pepper. Carefully mix everything.

5. Create small cutlets of rounded shape. Roll in them in bread crumbs or in a small amount of flour. Warm vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry cutlets from two parties to a golden crust. Lay out products on previously warmed up portion plates. As a garnish it is possible to boil rice. Decorate a dish with greens of fennel and segments of a lemon. The bottle of the cooled white dry wine will become quite good maintenance to this dish.
