Ingredients:

  • 400 pure;
  • fresh berries of raspberry - 150-200 g;
  • 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • gelatin - 1 pack.

Preparation:

  • Pour gelatin into not really big capacity and fill in it with warm or cold boiled water. Liquids has to be very little. Mix is left for swelling, approximately for 40 minutes.
  • It is necessary to wash out and touch carefully berry, having removed all garbage and the begun to rot fruits. After you finish with preparation of raspberry, it is necessary to pour in water in a pan and to put it on fire. 
  • As soon as liquid begins to boil, it is necessary to pour granulated sugar into it and carefully to mix everything. After that there also raspberry berries go. Water has to boil on small fire not less than 10-15 minutes. 
  • Then it is necessary accurately not to burn, filter still hot broth. Further the inflated gelatin undertakes and gradually interferes with the received broth.
  • The turned-out weight carefully mixes up and after the consistence becomes homogeneous, it will be possible to start the final stage of preparation.
  • Take the prepared molds and pour in them in the broth mixed with jelly. Then they for 60–120 minutes are removed to the cool place, the fridge perfectly is suitable for this purpose.
  • After jelly stiffens, it can be pulled out accurately from a mold, having shifted to a plate. As ornament it is possible to use fresh berries of raspberry and also mint leaves.

Jelly can be made not only from fresh berries, raspberry jam, freshly frozen berries and even a natural juice will also approach. For improvement of taste of jelly the lemon or orange dried peel, such drinks as wines and liqueurs is quite often added to it.
