Currant very useful berry in itself. From it it is possible to prepare a set of tasty and useful desserts. One of such desserts is a currant pie.

It is required to you

  • - flour, 4 glasses;
  • - the softened margarine, 1 pack;
  • - sugar, 1 1/3 glasses;
  • - vitelluses, 2 pieces.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - black and red currant, on 4 glasses;
  • - icing sugar, 3 spoons;
  • - vanilla sugar, 1 spoon.

Instruction

1. Shake up margarine with granulated sugar, add yolks, again shake up. Then pour a sifted flour, knead dough, separate from it a third, remove in the fridge. Lay out leftover dough on a baking tray an even layer, press palms.

2. We will prepare a stuffing. Peel currant from branches, properly wash out, dry, mix with granulated sugar.

3. Lay out the turned-out stuffing an even layer on dough, cover with scrap doughs from the fridge (rub it on a grater). Place pie in the lower part of a heated-up oven, bake about half an hour at a moderate temperature. Powder the cooled-down currant pie with icing sugar.
