  • - 5 vitelluses
  • - 125 grams of sugar
  • - 25 grams of flour
  • - 25 grams of starch
  • - 500 ml of milk
  • - it is a little cream
  • - vanillin
  • - 50 grams of liqueur at will

Instruction

1. Mix yolks and sugar. Add previously sifted flour to the received weight. Carefully mix everything then add starch. Warm up milk a little and add its small amount to the turned-out mix. Carefully mix everything and pour mix in the remained milk.

2. Now it is necessary to heat slowly mix and at the same time continuously to stir slowly. Thus boil everything about a minute. Let's weight cool down then add to it vanillin and a little liqueur at will. Mix everything.

3. Cream will make cream a little fatter. Pour out them in separate ware and shake up the mixer. After cream thickens, add them to cream. Once again carefully mix everything, now it is possible to consider cream ready. It is the best of all to fill cream in eclairs by means of a pastry bag.
