Apples are one of the most useful types of fruit. At regular consumption of these fruits the cholesterol level in blood decreases, the immune system becomes stronger, the organism, etc. is cleaned. From apples it is possible to make incredibly tasty and very useful viands - jam which can be used in the form of a stuffing in pastries or to give to tea as an independent dessert.

It is required to you

  • - 2 kg of apples;
  • - 400 g of granulated sugar;
  • - 600 ml of water.

Instruction

1. First of all it is necessary to select raw materials for production of jam, that is apples. Properly wash out fruits, cut off from them a peel, remove a core with seeds. If on apples there are dark stains, then cut out them a sharp knife.

2. Cut fruit in any order, put them in a pan, add a little more than 500 ml of water and put on strong fire. As soon as this weight begins to boil - lower fire and you cook apple mix about 20-25 minutes. On the expiration of time remove a pan from fire, cool up to 30-40 degrees and wipe apples through a sieve (it is possible to use also the blender).

3. Pour the turned-out puree on a baking tray (best of all to use the baking tray having a wide bottom and quite high sides). Include an oven, adjust temperature in 60-70 degrees and place in it a baking tray. Uparte mix to necessary density (on it from 20 to 40 minutes leave). During evaporation of jam each 7-10 minutes open a furnace door, in this case process will quicker take place.

4. In 10 minutes prior to the end of cooking add 400 g of granulated sugar to a baking tray, mix, level and again put jam in the furnace.

5. Lay out the ready cooled-down jam in a vase or roll up in bank and remove to the cool place.
