This crunchy fragrant treat with sweet fruit filling – the real source of a positive and children's joy. Make donuts on the traditional recipe checked by time from yeast dough – it is very simple!
It is required to you
- - flour – 0.5 kg;
- - milk – 1.25 glasses;
- - a desi – 1-1.5 tablespoons;
- - sugar – 0.5 tablespoons;
- - egg – 1 piece;
- - salt – 0.5 teaspoons;
- - yeast – 15 g.
- For a stuffing:
- - apples – 0.5 kg;
- - sugar – 0.5 glasses.
Instruction
1. For the test we take the milk which is a little warmed up (not more hotly). We part in it yeast and we pour out a half of flour. Well we knead that there were no lumps. Then we cover and we put for half an hour to the warm place.
2. When dough approaches a little, we pour in it in the kindled not hot oil and the stirred-up egg. We pour sugar, salt and we knead dough until it ceases to stick to hands. Then again we make dough to the warm place on an hour and a half for rise.
3. We prepare a stuffing. We peel apples, we cut on 4 parts and we delete a core and tails. We cut small pieces, we pour out in a pan, we pour sugar, we add several spoons of water and we cook on slow fire until weight becomes similar to jam. Then if desired it is possible to add a little cinnamon.
4. We press down the suitable dough and we leave a little more to rise. Then we spread on a table and we roll layer 0.5-1 cm thick. By means of a glass or a glass we cut out small circles. In the center of each flat cake we spread on 1 teaspoon of a stuffing. We pinch edges to the center, forming a ball.
5. We spread donuts on the warmed frying pan with a large number of refined sunflower oil. We fry on both sides to a golden crust. We place ready donuts at first on a napkin or a paper towel to get rid of excess fats. Then we spread on a dish and we strew with icing sugar.
