Instruction

1. Get a sponge dough. For this purpose in the capacity not less than 0.5 liters mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of a yeast powder. Fill in sugar and yeast of 50 ml of milk or water, temperature of liquid has to be strictly from 30 to 40 degrees, otherwise yeast won't approach. If in the house there is no thermometer, temperature can be determined, having lowered a finger in liquid. At a temperature of 30-40 degrees - water or milk hot, but don't burn down skin.

2. Leave a sponge dough for 15-30 minutes and wait until its volume increases approximately by 2-3 times. Accurately mix the risen sponge dough, pour it in the capacity of the average sizes, the metal cup with high boards best of all for this purpose will approach. Add 200 ml of warm milk or water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 50 ml of vegetable oil, or the same amount of the kindled butter (it is possible to add also other fats, for example: margarine, corn, olive oil). Carefully mix all ingredients.

3. Add gradually flour to the received weight and knead it until it doesn't cease to stick to hands. For this purpose about 2 glasses of twice sifted flour are required. The received dough can be used at once for frying of pies, but it is better to allow it to stand even minutes 20-30. During this time dough still will rise and will become more air. Surely oil dough from above vegetable and cover a cup from above with a towel or a thin package, it is necessary in order that it didn't dry up until rises.

4. Just before frying once again properly knead dough. Then it is necessary to shift it from a cup to the wooden board which is slightly powdered with flour or a kitchen table and to divide into parts.
