The Nutlets cookies once were the most favourite delicacy for children and adults. They were baked in house conditions in special molds. And let now this sweet can be bought, but to bake most them much more interestingly.

It is required to you

  • Option first:
    • — a desi — 250 гр;
    • — eggs — 2 pieces;
    • — sugar sand — 1.2 glasses;
    • — flour — 3 glasses;
    • — baking soda — 0.5 h a spoon;
    • — vinegar — 1 h a spoon;
    • Option second:
    • — a desi — 150 гр;
    • — sugar — 3 tablespoons;
    • — eggs — 2 pieces;
    • — honey — 1 tablespoon;
    • — cognac — 1 tablespoon;
    • — vinegar — 1 teaspoon;
    • — baking soda — 0.5 teaspoons;
    • — flour — 3 glasses.

Instruction

1. Dough for nutlets with a stuffing can be cooked in different ways. Option first: take a cup, break in it two eggs and mix from 1.2 cups of sugar — put aside. Prepare a pan, put 250 гр. a desi, slightly salt. Put a pan on fire, kindle oil, but   you don't bring to the boil.

2. Then in a pan pour out mix of eggs with sugar. Add ½ teaspoons of the soda which is put out by 1 teaspoon of vinegar, pour 3 glasses of flour. Knead weight hands until it ceases to stick to them. Dough has to turn out rather dense, homogeneous that it was possible to form small balls.

3. Option second: take 150 гр a desi and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Oil for the test has to be rather soft that it could be pounded with sugar. If the pack frozen leave it at the room temperature at 2-3 hours.

4. Put the softened desi in a cup and mix with sugar. Add two eggs and a tablespoon of cognac — well pound everything a fork. Then put a honey tablespoon. Extinguish a half of a teaspoon of soda one teaspoon of vinegar and gradually pour flour.

5. Carefully mix ingredients — the uniform, plastic dough has to turn out. In a mold spread it small pieces in deepenings "nutlets". Delete the surplus supporting edges of a form — they will burn.

6. Previously warm a baking dish on fire and oil. Stack each ball in concave cells. Clamp a cover of a form, fry "nutlets" from two parties until ready.

7. There are molds in which ready nutlets turn out hollow. Then in the baked preparation put a stuffing. Take the boiled condensed milk mixed with walnuts, make scalded or butter cream.
