    • Desi — 100 grams;
    • Sugar — 2 tablespoons.
    • For salty tartlets:
    • Flour — 300 grams;
    • Desi — 200 grams;
    • Yolks of eggs — 3 pieces.
    • For tartlets from puff pastry:
    • Flour - 3 glasses;
    • Margarine - 200 grams;
    • Sour cream - 200 grams.

Instruction

1. That prepare dough for tartlets will be required to mix all necessary ingredients. Butter or margarine need to be warmed up in advance. Further it is necessary to knead dough, to roll it in a sphere and to put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Roll and cut out refrigerated dough from it circles 0.5 centimeters thick. Circles can be cut out a glass. Diameter of circles has to be 2 centimeters more than molds for baking.

3. We stack dough in molds if edges hang down a little, then we bend them inside.

4. Over the test, it is necessary to put a foil in each mold. From above it is necessary to fill cargo (haricot, peas, rice or another) in order that dough didn't rise.

5. We bake dough in an oven of 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Further we remove a foil, and we bake before emergence of golden color.

6. When tartlets cool down, they can be filled with a stuffing.
