Drying with poppy perfectly are suitable for family tea drinking. Such traditional Russian delicacy can be made independently. There are several recipes of its preparation.

Drying with poppy on a condensed milk

It will be required to take the following ingredients: the milk condensed (300 ml), flour (4 glasses), eggs (3 pieces +1 yolk which is necessary for lubricant of sushka), soda (0.5 tsps), salt (1/4 tsps), vanillin (1 bag), poppy (10 grams).

At first it is necessary to mix all dry products, except poppy. Then condensed milk and eggs is added to them. Using a nimbus, it is required to stir all ingredients that the soft dough turned out. It shouldn't stick to hands.

Take a little test and roll it in "sausage". Cut it on small pieces about 5-6 cm. Further it is necessary to make of them ringlets. Thus it will be required to use all dough. Ringlets should be spread on the baking tray laid by baking parchment at once. Grease drying with a yolk and strew with poppy. Send them to be baked in the oven warmed up to 180 wasps for 20-25 minutes. They have to be reddened well. Then it is necessary to get them, to lay out on a dish and to wait when drying cool down. Drying with poppy on usual milk

To prepare drying according to this recipe, you will need the following ingredients: flour (2 glasses), sugar (5 tablespoons), poppy (2 tablespoons), eggs (1 piece), milk (100 ml), soda (0.25 tsps), salt (0.5 tsps). At first it is required to replace dough, it has to turn out slightly more softly, than for dumplings. At first it is necessary to break egg and to pound it with two spoons of sugar until white. Then salt and soda is added. Then milk is entered. Later flour is added, it surely should be sifted through a sieve that it was saturated with oxygen. Take ready dough and cut off from it a small piece. Make thin "sausage" of it. Its both ends are required to be connected that the ringlet turned out. Now it is necessary to take a pan, to pour water and to bring it to the boil. There it will be required to add 3 tablespoons of sugar and to throw all ringlets. When they emerge, they need to be boiled on an extent of 2 minutes. Then they need to be taken out from a pan and to allow water to flow down. Warm an oven to 230 wasps, lay out the boiled ringlets on the oiled baking tray and leave to be baked for 10 minutes. Further it is necessary to lower temperature to 180 wasps, to get a baking tray and to strew drying with poppy. Then they go to an oven again, but for 15 minutes.
