And egg as animal product, is a stumbling block. But it is possible to depart from the classical recipe and to make fast mayonnaise where the vegetable product will be a basis. There are several recipes of sauce which can be used during a post.

It is required to you

  • For mayonnaise on a nut basis:
    • 1 glass of the peeled walnuts;
    • 1 glass of vegetable oil;
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard;
    • ½ teaspoons of salt;
    • ½ teaspoons of sugar;
    • 2 teaspoons of 5% of vinegar.
    • For mayonnaise on an apple basis:
    • 2 large apples;
    • 1 glass of vegetable oil;
    • 2 teaspoons of mustard;
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
    • ½ teaspoon of salt;
    • ½ teaspoon of a sprinkling pepper;
    • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
    • For mayonnaise on a flour basis:
    • 1 glass of vegetable oil;
    • ½ glasses of flour;
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
    • 2-3 tablespoons of mustard;
    • ½ glasses of water;
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
    • 1 teaspoon of salt.

Instruction
