The chocolate prepared thus will have uniform structure, pleasant aroma and a long expiration date.

2. Make figures by means of special forms for chocolate. They can be bought in shops of ware, confectionery supermarkets, in various online stores offering goods for confectioners. Carefully wipe a form with a towel, paying attention to all bends and small dredging.

3. Accurately fill a form with chocolate, without adding to the very top. Slowly knock with a form on a table that there was all air, and chocolate was evenly distributed on all dredging. To make sure that there is no air bubble left in a figure, raise a form, and look at a product bottom.
