Instruction

1. We peel potato, we slice and we put in a bowl. We add seasoning for potatoes, paprika, a basil, we salt a little (to taste) and we put the crushed garlic gloves. Garlic can be cut or passed small via the garlic press. Well we mix potato with spices and we add vegetable oil.

2. We wash meat and we cut small pieces. We put pieces of a turkey in a bowl. We add to meat seasoning for a bird, a curry, we salt a little and we pepper to taste, we mix. With a turkey we add pieces of potato to a bowl and we mix, we add two leaflets of a lavrushka.

3. We shift meat with potato in a form for roasting. If desired it is possible to add rosemary. We cover a form with a foil. We bake a turkey one hour at 180 degrees. We remove a foil, we check meat for readiness and we put a form in an oven to be reddened for 20 minutes. We strew a ready-to-eat hot dish with green onions and any fresh greens. We bring together relatives at a table and we enjoy a tasty lunch (or a dinner).
