    • 1 kg of chanterelles;
    • 1 bulb;
    • salt to taste;
    • 5 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • greens to taste;
    • vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. If you wish to try fried chanterelles with garlic, then at first carefully wash out mushrooms from the earth and branches, and then take a knife and cut with it large chanterelles on pieces. Small mushrooms can be not cut. Pour water in a pan, bring it to the boil and lower in it the cut chanterelles. You cook mushrooms about 15-20 min., then drain water from a pan.

2. While chanterelles cook, cut half rings or rings the prepeeled and washed-out onions. Take garlic, peel it, wash out and cut plates. Pour in a frying pan of vegetable oil, lay out the cut onions and garlic there and fry them on slow fire until onions become soft.
