How to make fruit in tea jelly

It isn't obligatory to buy various delicacies in shop. They can be made houses without special work. I suggest to make fruit in tea jelly.

It is required to you

  • - a green tea - 1 teaspoon;
  • - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - juice of a half of a lemon;
  • - gelatin - 5 g;
  • - banana - 1 piece;
  • - orange - 1 piece;
  • - grapes - 100 g.

Instruction

1. Pour gelatin into a glass and fill in with 3 tablespoons of cold water. In such state leave it for 10-15 minutes that is until it doesn't inflate.

2. Meanwhile it is necessary to make a green tea. Do it in the usual way: fill up tea in a scalded teapot, fill in with 300 milliliters of boiled water and let's it several minutes stand.

3. After tea was ready, filter it through a sieve. Then add to it the following ingredients: sugar and lemon juice. Also add the inflated gelatin to the received mix. Stir it until gelatin completely isn't dissolved, then cool.

4. While mix from a green tea and gelatin cools down, crush fruit. Peel bananas and oranges and cut in the form of cubes. Grapes need to be cut on 2 parts and to remove from them stones.

5. Shift the cut fruit in glasses and fill in them with the cooled-down mix from a green tea and gelatin. Remove glasses in the fridge. In it they have to stay until the dish completely doesn't stiffen, that is within 5 hours. Fruit in tea jelly are ready! At will decorate a dessert with mint.
