    • sour cream - 1 glass.

Instruction

1. For preparation of "Beef with a kiwi" clean 2 fruit fruits, rub on a small grater and place in a deep bowl. Cut half a kilo of beef with thin short slices and mix with puree from a kiwi. In order that juice soaked meat leave it in marinade for half an hour.

2. Clean three segments of garlic, and add to meat, having passed through a press. Then properly mix all ingredients hands. On a pan bottom with a thick bottom pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil and lay out a meat layer together with marinade.
