It is required to you

  • House ginger pop:
  • - 300 g of fresh ginger (root);
  • - 1 cup of sugar;
  • - 1 cup of water;
  • - 500 ml of water;
  • - 2 limes.
  • Ginger ale:
  • - 1 glass of sugar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a polished root of ginger (fresh);
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - ¼ teaspoons of the granulated baker's yeast;
  • - 2.5 liters of fresh water.

Instruction

2. Put ginger in a pan and fill in 0.5 liters of water. Bring to the boil, reduce heating to an average and you cook about 5-10 minutes. Remove from fire and let's insist within 15-20 minutes. Filter and cool.

3. Weld thin syrup from one cup of water and the same amount of sugar. Bring water to the boil, pour sugar and you cook on average fire until it all is dissolved and syrup doesn't become transparent. Also cool.

4. Mix ginger broth, a sugar syrup and juice of one lime in a jug. Decorate with gussets of the second fruit. Add ice. If such lemonade seems to you too luscious, part it with bottled water. It is also possible to mix it and with sparkling water.

7. Add the remained water, close a large bottle a cover and shake up its contents. Shake a bottle until sugar and yeast aren't dissolved.

8. Remove a bottle for 24-48 hours to the dark warm place. Readiness of ale can be checked, having pressed on a bottle at the edges. If dents are formed, drink isn't ready. Before the use remove ale in the fridge, not less than for 12 hours. Open carefully, slowly producing gas.

9. If you want your ale to have a golden shade, boil a ginger root on slow fire within an hour, then cool and cook ale already on this broth.
