Glass noodles are produced from starch of bean cultures. There are noodles made of a rice meal, it in Central Asia is called cellophane noodles. Such noodles are very well combined with any products, and with vegetables just fine. These noodles have no brisk taste.
The following products are necessary:
- 1 packing of glass noodles,
- 6 pieces of royal shrimps,
- 200 grams of the cleaned squids,
- 100 grams of scallops,
- 1 big red tomato,
- 1 onion,
- 100 grams of a green celery,
- 100 grams of green onions,
- 100 grams of juice of a lime,
- 100 grams of fish sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
First of all it is necessary to prepare glass noodles. We boil water in a pan, we take out noodles from packing, we put in a colander and we dip for 3-4 minutes into boiled water. After that we pull out from boiled water, we allow to flow down to water and we wait so far will cool down.
Then we take squids, we wash with flowing water and we cut large pieces. We remove armors from shrimps, and we leave tails. Scallops well we wash and we divide each comb into 4 parts. We spread seafood in a sieve and we lower in a pan with boiled water for 4-5 minutes. Then we wash ready seafood under the crane and we put aside that from them excess water flew down.
We take a deep cup, we spread in it ready noodles and seafood. We peel onion from a peel and we cut half rings. Well we wash tomato, we delete from it seeds and we cut strips. We wash out and dry a celery. We check green onions for quality, we wash a baking plate with a water jet and we put on a clean kitchen towel for removal of water. Then onions are largely cut. In a cup with noodles and seafood we squeeze out juice of a lime, we bring fish sauce, granulated sugar and well we mix. Now we put the prepared vegetables and again we mix. We serve salad to a table in beautiful plates, previously having decorated with celery greens.
