Instruction

1. It is originally necessary to select berries for wine, to separate them from branches. It is better not to wash grapes since water is capable to slow down fermentation process.

2. Meanwhile prepare ferment: in a pan pour out 2-3 articles of grape berries, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, pound to homogeneous mass. This ferment has to infuse until until begins to ferment.

3. Place grapes which you selected for preparation of wine in deep and a bowl, then carefully crush by means of flat objects or hands. Remember that it is undesirable to use metal objects.

4. To the crushed grape berries add in advance made ferment to a bowl, mix contents and cover a bowl with something from above. Leave grape mass for 3-4 days that it infused. Daily mix contents of a bowl and you watch closely fermentation process.

7. Sugar should be added to the begun to ferment grapes juice for 5 or 6 day. Granulated sugar should be added from the following calculation: on 10 l of juice it is necessary to put 1-1.5 kg of sugar. Juice with sugar has to wander within 3-4 weeks.

8. Through the specified time pour wine in net capacity so that the deposit remained at the bottom. Densely also leave bottles with grape wine to a zakuporta for 1 month in the cool dark place. Later the specified time grape wine can be drunk.
