Gravy is capable to diversify the simplest dish. Thanks to it even the most usual pasta will become tasty and nutritive.
It is required to you
- Mincemeat - 600 grams;
- vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
- onion - 1 head;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- paprika - ½ pieces;
- flour - 1 tablespoon;
- tomato paste - 1 teaspoon;
- adjika - 1 teaspoon;
- garlic
- cilantro
- parsley and spices - to taste.
Instruction
1. Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan, warm, lay out forcemeat and fry.
2. Cut onions and carrots into cubes and add to forcemeat, fry until onions and carrots don't get light – an ashen shade (about 10 minutes).
3. Add paprika, pepper, salt and flour. Mix.
4. Add tomato paste, adjika, fresh Bulgarian pepper and it is a little boiled water that forcemeat became covered with water.
5. You extinguish minutes 20-25. At the end add greens, small cut garlic and a black pepper. Stew gravy 3-4 minutes. It has to turn out dense. To gravy boil spaghetti or pasta. Bon appetit!
