  • - hawthorn berries - 2 kg;
  • - sugar - 1.5 kg;
  • - water - 1 glass.

Instruction

1. First of all touch hawthorn berries. Then carefully wash their baking plate with flowing water and dry up, having spread out on pure dry fabric.

2. These berries jam will be cooked not on a plate, and in an oven therefore accurately pour the dried hawthorn into a baking tray for baking with high sides. Then add to it the following ingredients: water and granulated sugar. Mix everything properly. Having warmed an oven up to the temperature of 180 degrees, send to it the received mix.

3. You watch closely when jam begins to begin to boil, - on weight the skin will begin to be formed of berries of a hawthorn. Get it from time to time and accurately mix by means of a wooden spoon. After foam passes, berries will get a transparent shade.

4. After boiling cook hawthorn jam in an oven on half an hour extent. After time check readiness. If its droplet doesn't spread on a plate, then it means that it cooked and it needs to be taken from an oven.

5. Having cooled sweet berry weight, shift it in the prepared ware. Hawthorn jam is ready! It will stay at the room temperature for one year.
