Hot carrots and potatoes sandwiches for breakfast – a rich dish with the minimum expenses.
It is required to you
- - 1 potato;
- - 1 carrots;
- - 1 onions;
- - 1 egg;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 1 unsweetened long loaf;
- - salt and spices to taste.
Instruction
1. It is good to wash up and peel potatoes and carrots. Grate vegetables on an average grater. Clean onions and to cut very very small.
2. Mix the prepared vegetables. Hammer egg into a vegetable mix. Add salt to your taste and spice.
3. Slice unsweetened long loaf. Thickness of slices – no more than 1.5 cm. On each cut-off long loaf piece a uniform layer to lay out the mixed vegetables.
4. Warm vegetable oil for roasting in a frying pan. A vegetable mix to lay out sandwiches in a frying pan down. Fry three minutes before emergence of a golden crust.
