On that it and the name has a unique recipe of instant cake which won't take you a lot of time it. They are baked on kefir, sour cream, milk and even sometimes add mayonnaise. The ingredients necessary for cake on kefir:
- Eggs - 4 pieces;
- Granulated sugar - 150 grams;
- Margarine (not cold) - 150 grams;
- Kefir - 2 glasses;
- Salt - a pinch;
- Soda - 1 h l;
- Vanillin - 1 bag;
- Raisin - 1/2 glasses;
- First grade flour - 250 grams;
- Citric acid - 1 tablespoon;
- Icing sugar - as necessary;
IMPORTANT: Before preparation of pastries it is necessary to get from the fridge, kefir, eggs and margarine.
Preparation process
- Raisin is filled in with water of room temperature, we wash out, we drain water, again we fill in with water and we leave to infuse half an hour.
- We shake up eggs the mixer together with kefir and margarine.
- We extinguish soda, citric acid.
- We add salt, extinguished soda and wheat flour (on consistence it has to turn out, as on fritters) to the turned-out mix.
- We add vanillin, and raisin to dough, we mix.
- In the prepared form previously greased with margarine we pour out the turned-out weight.
- We bake at a temperature of 180 degrees, until ready.
- It is possible to check readiness of any pastries so: we pierce it a skewer if on it there is no water-logged dough left, it is ready. (You shouldn't open an oven every time, cake can settle).
- We take out cake from an oven, we spread it on a dish and as necessary we strew it with icing sugar, or we water with glaze.
