    • 1 kg of apples;
    • 300 g of raisin;
    • 500 g of sugar;
    • 1 lemon;
    • 1 tsps of cinnamon;
    • 1 tsps of a cracked ginger;
    • 3 tablespoons of white wine.

Instruction

1. Try to make jam according to the simplest recipe. For this purpose peel apples, cut in half, remove a core and chop pulp into small pieces. In a pan pour in 1 glass of water, pour apples and citric acid. Bring water to the boil, then add sugar. You cook weight, constantly stirring slowly, within half an hour or forty minutes. Jam has to become rather uniform. Readiness can be checked on consistence. Drip jam on a plate - it shouldn't spread.

2. Meanwhile sterilize banks, keeping them in the boiling water together with covers not less than 10 minutes. Let's them dry and fill in in them jam.
