How to make jelly with fruit

Ordinary jelly - not only tasty, but also very useful dessert. The gelatin which is contained in it well affects a condition of joints, nails, hair, bones, a cartilaginous tissue. And if to take agar-agar (the product made on the basis of seaweed) or pectin as a gel-inhibiting basis, then it is possible to increase ability of an organism to remove slags, toxins and even salts of heavy metals.

It is required to you

  • Gelatin - 1.5-2 tablespoons;
    • sugar – 100 g;
    • apple - 1 piece;
    • water - 500 ml;
    • pear - 1 piece;
    • pitted cherries – 0.5 glasses
    • it is possible tinned or from compote;
    • mint – 2-3 branches;
    • molds for jelly.

Instruction

1. Prepare fruit. Touch berries. Rinse with water. Rind apple and pear. Cut them pieces. Apple beautifully looks when it is cut by thin segments, pear – "plates" or "straws". That apple didn't "rust" sprinkle it a little lemon juice or cut at once before adding to syrup.

2. A basis of jelly is syrup. For its preparation pour in a small saucepan of half of liter of water and put on fire. As soon as water begins to boil, fill in it one glass of granulated sugar, stir with a spoon. Lower fire.

3. Add to the boiling syrup for several minutes previously prepared apple and pear. Fruit have to "be taken" only slightly, but not boil soft. Your basis is ready. Pull out apple and pears a skimmer from a saucepan and put on a plate. They still will be useful to you. Pour syrup in a bowl and cool.

4. Now line for the main component of jelly – gelatin. For this purpose fill in one and a half-two tablespoons of gelatin with cold boiled water at the rate of 1:8 or 1:10 a.m., that is 12-20 spoons. Stir and leave for about 20-30 minutes "bulk up".

5. While gelatin reaches readiness, be engaged in registration of a dessert. On a bottom of an ice-cream bowl lay out layers apples and pears. For giving to a dish of "a bright spot" put cherry berries (without stones), in this case will approach fresh or tinned. If you use the frozen cherry, before addition in a form sugar it slightly or icing sugar. However, you can leave berry, "as is", then it will bring certain "sourness" in your dessert.

6. Gelatin inflated? Put it on slow fire. As soon as gelatin completely melts", filter it, then add to syrup and mix. Pour ready jelly weight in forms with fruit. From above put a mint leaflet in each ice-cream bowl. Deliver to jelly in the fridge to stiffen. When giving on a table decorate a ready dessert with whipped cream, grated chocolate, berries, nuts.

7. If desired it is also possible to add oranges to jelly. Or to make of them an independent dish. For this purpose peel one orange, cut on circles, sugar them. Leave for about thirty minutes that orange managed to give juice. Then it needs to be poured out in syrup. And orange - to spread out on molds. Then to fill in with syrup with the gelatin added to it.

8. It is possible to diversify a dish also with ordinary cookies. Broken on small, but also not too small, pieces, it will become good addition of your dessert. Cookies are added before addition of gelatinous syrup at once, then it won't manage to razmoknut strongly.

9. Do you want to prepare a puff dessert? Then pour in forms only a part of gelatinous syrup and put in the fridge to stiffen. When jelly is acquired the "shivering" consistence, add one more layer of fruit or berries to a form and pour out the remained syrup. And again – in the fridge.
