How to make juicy steak without oil

Juicy steak with a crisp – a great and nutritious dinner which even the most inept culinary specialist in several minutes will be able to prepare. And that this dish didn't do much harm to health, it is necessary to fry it without oil addition.

It is required to you

  • - pork steaks;
  • - mustard;
  • - salt.


1. For preparation of this dish choose the fresh or cooled pork steaks which thickness doesn't exceed 2 cm. Then they will be able to be fried thoroughly quickly enough in a frying pan and at the same time will remain juicy.

2. Wash meat under flowing water and carefully dry up by means of a napkin or a fabric towel. After that properly cover it with mustard from all directions. It is desirable that it covered steaks with a thick layer, then they will well be pickled.

3. Put steaks in a soup plate, cover and remove in the fridge. They have to be pickled at least 2 hours, ideally – 3-4 hours. For half an hour reach them that they reached room temperature preparation – then steaks won't shrink in a frying pan.

4. By means of a dry fabric napkin remove from steaks all mustard and a few their prisolita. Then put them on the heated frying pan, cover and fry on strong fire 3-4 minutes from each party. Thanks to marinade from mustard of this time will be enough to make well-done and at the same time juicy steak.

5. Serve ready steaks to a table still hot. The vegetable salad or grilled vegetables will become the best garnish for them.
