Fruit kissels win first place among all types by amount of vitamins and organic acids. It is possible to prepare them not only from fresh berries and fruit, but also from jam or jam.

It is required to you

  • 150-200 g of jam
    • 1 l of water
    • 2 tablespoons of potato starch
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • ¼ tsps of citric acid


1. Part jam in a pan with three glasses of hot water (750 ml) and put on fire.

2. When diluted jam begins to boil, filter it, and wipe the remains through a sieve.

3. Add sugar, citric acid to a pan and again bring to the boil.

4. Dissolve potato starch in a glass of cold water (250 ml) and pour in syrup a thin stream, continuously stirring slowly.
