How to make kvass on birch sap with raisin and dried fruits

It is required to you

  • - 3 liters of birch sap,
  • - 0.6 or 0.8 kg of dried fruits (to taste),
  • - 200 grams of raisin.

Instruction

Leave the filtered juice per day in the cool place. It is desirable to leave birch sap in a glass jar.
